The Developer of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach is 4701 North Meridian, LLC, a partnership comprised of Lionheart Capital, LLC and Elliott Management Corporation. Lionheart Capital, LLC is a Miami-based real estate investment firm engaged in the investment, development and repositioning of new and existing commercial, hospitality and residential assets. Elliott Management Corporation oversees two funds, Elliott Associates, L. P. and Elliott International, L. P., that have over $20 billion of assets under management. Founded in 1977, Elliott is one of the oldest private investment firms of its kind under continuous management.
